Our philosophy
We are a small business that caters to other small businesses. We
understand your challenges and dreams for the future. Unlike corporate-run
office parks that operate like a factory, we work with you one-on-one, doing
our best to help you succeed while making a fair and modest profit.
We try to maintain a family atmosphere and do what we can to help our clients with all kinds of problems. We have provided emergency babysitting so a client could run to a meeting, notarized documents in hospitals, and even bailed a tenant out of jail!
Other examples of our philosophy in action
(1) Most office parks will assign you a suite number. The Post Office will not
forward mail from a suite number, so should you move your business one day,
getting mail from your old office could be a hassle.
We, however, assign you an actual
Princeton address, so you can easily have your mail forwarded to
your new address simply by filling out a U.S. Post Office Change of Address
form.
(2) Most office parks will not let you install your own phone lines. So moving from another office park can make you need to change your business phone number and update all materials, clients, customers, and vendors. We let you install your own lines — and even choose your own providers — so your numbers move with you should you one day decide to leave.
(3) If you're traveling, you can tell us whether you're waiting for an important piece of mail or a particular phone call, and we will contact you immediately upon its arrival.
Our personality
Ours is a friendly, cordial, professional atmosphere where the owner is on-site
and always available — not run by a corporate management group. We tend to
attract like-minded small business people, who get to know each other very
well and often end up doing business together!
Our history
Secretarial services were first offered in this general location in 1982. Today,
Princeton Office Solutions is a full-service ofice space rental business occupying
20,000 square feet, offering executive suites, offices, cubicles and virtual
space.
We offer approximately 85 rental spaces and a staff of secretaries/administrative assistants that our tenants can call on à la carte for typing, transcription, customized telephone answering, mail processing, notary services, PowerPoint presentations and more.
